Mission

Tom helps people, organizations, and society significantly improve outcomes.  He provides pivotal advice and imparts Direct Outcomes tools with which people “think well and do great.”

• His work enhances profitability, products and services, productivity, coalitions and teamwork, careers, lives, and the environment.
• He helps people achieve an appropriate balance between satisfying immediate imperatives, enhancing current efforts, and planning future success.

Vision 

Tom anticipates catalyzing widespread improvement in effectiveness, based on people’s enthusiastically using and propagating Direct Outcomes “thinking tools.” 

Acknowledgements

Tom appreciates the many people who invited him into their situations and allowed him to help create the successes that ensued.  He hopes that many people and endeavors will gain from those successes.  He believes that Direct Outcomes and his other services can achieve those hopes.
